About Red Gill Fish
My name is Konway Challis. I am a professional fish filleter with over 25 years experience in the seafood industry in Western Australia.
I have worked for many of the major seafood companies in Perth. In addition to running Red Gill Fish I also undertake contract fish filleting for a large seafood wholesaler. I have been involved in all aspects of the seafood industry from processing right through to retail and I understand what it takes to deliver high quality seafood to your table!
I take great pride in the quality of the seafood I sell through Red Gill Fish. I personally select and fillet all the fish I sell and I choose only the best quality prawns and other seafood products available.
Australia has some of the best seafood in the world, I don’t sell my customers imported products of any kind.
